Qualifications:

Massey was a member of a management team for a large food 
manufacturer.  He worked as a service technician with ADT Secur-
ity Systems installing and servicing residential and commercial bur-
glar & fire alarms and CCTV.  He was on staff with SBC as a DSL technician installing and maintaining commercial and residential systems.  Massey was also a certified forklift operator, procurement clerk and is experienced in establishing and maintaining working relationships with contractors and suppliers.  Massey also provided services for the State of Oklahoma in the food service department along with several years working as a cable television technician.  He worked in clerical positions and managed computer applications including those preparing state bids, quotes, LPO's, requisitions and estimates for a maintenance department overseeing inventory management and project costing.  Massey also worked for a non-profit transitional facility's maintenance department responsible for the repair and upkeep of the sewer system and water supply, and served in other departments including electrical and carpentry, and worked as a transportation department driver.

Duties to be performed:
Daily operations and management of the ministry, introducing the ministry to potential donors and contributors, procuring, negotiating for and/or establishing one or more facility locations, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations, management of resources, hiring and oversight of all employees and contractors working for the ministry, establishing and maintaining security for residents, overseeing the installation, repair and maintenance of all utilities, mobile homes, structures, and equipment, overseeing the membership application process, and handling employee and membership disciplinary issues.

Qualifications:
Worth earned her B.S. degree at Oklahoma State University and 
was a Business Teacher in the Oklahoma City Public Schools. 
She served as a Vocational Business teacher in the Oklahoma 
City Public Schools, and earned her M.Ed. at the University of 
Central Oklahoma.  She took classes in Career Education, Tech-
nical Education, and Computer Enrichment at U.C.O. and Okla-
homa City Community College.  Worth taught business, ICE, along with Career and Technology classes in the Oklahoma City Public Schools and earned her M.Ed. in Educational Administration.  Worth was a Curriculum and Supervision Administrative Intern and then served as an Assistant Principal also in the Oklahoma City Public School system.

Duties to be performed:
Worth will be in charge of corporate bookkeeping and records, manage ministry finances, coordinate activities of management personnel, employees and contractors, and provide all services related to office management, including purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
